Coil turn ?

Hi john Freau and you all

I'll make a new secondary soon, I have a polypropylene 4.5" form. I have
a big spool of 24.5 AWG wire (49 turn per inch), I know from your
experience you prefer 28 AWG 1600 turns 5/1 ratio, but I don't have it
and 24.5 is already hard enough to coil with my old hands and eyes.

If I make my coil with a 5/1 ratio it's 1102 turns and if I use 6/1
ratio it's 1323 turns .

What is worse not enough inductance or a to high ratio?

I like to have your opinion.
