I've got a SANYO cap 0.85 µF. On the case is printed:
" WV. 2400 VAC, TV. 10 KVDC"

IMO TV. means test voltage and "this" cap would stand 10 kV 
therefore (for a short time).

Please watch out: HV may be deadly!
