	I have a question regarding using a grounded aluminum screen house as a
Faraday cage.  The screen house is completely enclosed with a small-mesh
screen, and when a fluorescent bulb is taken inside, it stops glowing.  My
friend's grandfather would like to watch his Tesla coil (6", powered by a
12/60 or 15/150 NST power supply), but I am concerned about his safety.
Would it be safe for a person with a pacemaker to stand inside one such
enclosure without being injured?
