Hello again everybody,
I have a rather large 3 phase variac being delivered some
time within the next couple of days. (520V 30A 3 phase)
I had originally planned on splitting this thing apart and fashioning
new shafts so that I'd have 3, single phase, 30A variacs; but now I'm
getting delusions of grandure....
I went digging through the archive and found a couple of messages about
using a paralleling choke to parallel a pair of variacs, I assume that
this will work for three as well.
I'd rather not have to make one myself, and I don't think such an
item would have to be custom made....
Does anyone know a comercial source for such an item?
Thanks,
Paul
