	In spite of what Tesla may have said, suspect that electrolysis with a
high-frequency AC current wouldn't work very well.  Even if it did,
there would be equal amounts of oxygen and hydrogen liberated at each
terminal.  A much simpler and far more efficient method which is
guaranteed to work is to rectify the regular AC line to supply the
current source.
