Hi Dan/Nancy
This is my exact setup & it works well withen limits. 4 flute end
mills work best, and take off very little metal each pass. It also helps
to be able to lock the spindle stationary, or remove the rubber o-ring
on the spindle if it has one. The chuck tends to bounce when the o-ring
is in place. The first pass is pretty rough, but after a flat is
started, it smooths out. I found best speed around 200 to 500 R.P.M.
