I had a similar problem maybe a year or so ago and after numerous attempts at 
emailing the moderator I finally gave up on Tesla 1 even though this 
(outstanding!) Pupman list is so often far over my head.  I expect the 
moderator is just swamped, but if anyone has had success I would like to hear 
how to get on the Tesla 1 list also.
