I found Sprague-Goodman, Commonwealth Sprague and Saha Sprague, and 
have emailed representatives of the last two (Sprague-Goodman don't 
appear to deal with this sort of capacitor).  I'm not holding my 
breath for a reply though, -I'm not actually _buying_ anything  :-)
