RE: ESR
ESR is the effective series resistance. All capacitors exhibit some series
resistance. Low ESR caps are better than normal caps in high current pulse
applications, because the resistive component is lower, giving rise to a
lower power dissipation (important, when high currents are being run through
the cap), and better clamping of voltage spikes. This does not include the
effects of dielectric loss at HF. For TC applications <1MHz, these caps
would be perfect. They are usually used as input/output filters in
switchmode power converters (as found in TV sets etc...)

not to sure on ESR but WVDC = working voltage DC
a.k.a. the normal working voltage of the designed curciut
one can consider the wvdc the same as a vdc
if you are looking for a MMC cap remember to divide the VDC by .707 to
assume a
value for AC usage
