This is MICHIGAN! It snows 9 months a year. I already have plans for the 
entire weekend that summer is falling on next year.

The prospective site needs to

I'll do you one better. We have a rail line with a private spur RIGHT next 
to the spot the coils will sit.

hmmmmmmm.....that's a toughy. We've got room, but not THAT much room from a 
street. We may have to get creative with ground rods around the site or 
something.
I'd have to measure though. Long before we get too serious on this you'll 
have to come here and survey a good site for it on our property. There are 3 
possible ones.

I'll have a map of the site posted as soon as Leah finishes drawing it, a 
few hours.
