Avalon - First Order Designs?

Hi All,

Being the boring pragmatist that I am, I was wondering if there 
are any first-order (or even zeroth-order) design sets available
for public perusal as of yet for the 1MVA coil?

The discussions regarding machine and personnel interlocks might
be a little premature until it is known exactly what hazards need
to be contained, and to which standards. (ANSI? OSHA? DOE?)

I sincerely hope that your logistics will not require the machine 
to be built solely from 'obtainium' (the readily available local 
junk matrix) and that the design might explore some uncharted areas
of TC design space.
