Electrical Properties of Corian

I have a 1/2" piece of Corian, which i'd like to use
for an SRSG base. Does anyone know if this a good
enough insulator to mount the static electrode holders
to, or should I use standoffs? It's solid white with a
matt finish, if that matters. I currently only have
15/60.
