	The Q you define is the reactance divided by the equivalent SERIES
resistance, which is frequently inferred by measuring the Q and dividing
it by the reactance.  The dual of this is the equivalent parallel
resistance divided by the reactance.

	Both are a measure of the energy stored per cycle divided by the energy
dissipated.  If the Q is infinite no energy is dissipated.
