Cheap Capacitance / Inductance Meter

	I've seen a lot of talk about DMM's that measure capacitance in the $80 to
$100 range.  If you already have a DMM and just want to measure
capacitance, then go to www.rainbowkits-dot-com and buy a CA-1 Kit for $12.95.
I built one of these years ago and it is very accurate, as accurate as you
can calibrate it with a known capacitance of about 1000 pF.  Measure
capacitors from <2.2pF to 2.2uF.

I also just bought the IA-1 Inductance Adapter, but have not put it
together yet.  The circuit is similar and I expect it to work just as well.
