Hi, I am jumping in on this,
I have a question for you.
How did you join the pieces and what did you put in the center of it and how
did that attach to the duct? I know it seems a simple question, but other
input helps sometimes.
If you were going to use a 12" toroid, which flex tubing would be better to
use? They have another type (5525k39 vas 5535k29 McMaster-Carr #'s) that
comes in 15 and 30 ft lengths and is very slightly thicker material. Do you
have any experience with this stuff?
For what it is worth, I saw a box price in their #102 book, but online and
through a fax, I do not see but one type of pricing.
Kevin

Hi Brian,
I just talked to their L.A. office, and they did not have any separate
pricing for box quantities. They said unless there was a separate stock
number for a case of the ducting, the pricing would be the same.
Which office did you talk to, and how did you obtain the box quantity
pricing? I am going to need at least two pieces (16feet) for a six foot
toroid.
