hello all,
i was wondering if anyone has tried a window sash weight for the core?
the one i tripped over in the attic(looking for srsg doodads) slid
nicely into a 2" pvc pipe (after grinding the casting flanges down). i
know that these are cast iron, so i don't know if the graininess will
effect use any? but they are malleable cast iron. i think these come in
many sizes and shapes.
