short ans: not likely but depends on design margin
some Flyback design considerations:
Choose a core size for the power (wattage) and switching frequency desired.
for example: 4'x6" ferrite core is used in 35kHz 200W 20kV spaceflight TWTA
HV designs use multiple HV isolated secondaries on a core, each
rectified and wired in series
Choose a switch that can charge the core to the energy level required per cycle
Capacitor charge task can be optimized by design of the feedback circuit
etc.
