Try Tinkertronics. www.tinkertronics-dot-com They have some Wavetek meters
there. The 27XT does both capacitance and inductance and usually is about
$120 at the store. Very good meter, I have two!

anyone know a cheap source for digital multimeters?  is it possible to get
