Your calc's look right to me. The only thing I would add is, the cost of
the required caps is lower if you choose a larger value per cap, i.e. .056uF
per cap.

come up with:
12 Caps per string * 13 Strings = .013uF rated at 19,200Vdc.
Does this sound good?
