Going along Gary said, but I would put it as buy it now or best offer. Just to give people a chance to contact you here on the list before someone bids on it and it’s too late. 

eBay will take ~13%, so it is preferable to avoid it if possible. 

We can sell here right? Tony, upload some photos to Google or Flickr and post it here!
