Hi Chip,

You are correct, T2 is only put in circuit if the transformer you have is not center-tapped, in which case you would remove T1 and connect T2 as indicated (to A, B, and C points indicated). To change polarity simply swap the A and C connections, as indicated in the notes.

Can someone explain to me what T2 in the Yellow square is all about. I am
assuming it is a way to use a transformer that is not center tapped
eliminating polarity control but, I'm not sure. I wouldn't think the
circuit would need T1 and T2. Thanks in advance..
