Hi Terry,

Just a few more thoughts here...to better understand what is going on...

So C2, 4, & 5 are RF blocking caps. , blocking RF from getting to the
filament and plate trans. and the level shifter diode eliminating damage to
them. These caps. can also be termed as RF bypass caps. to Ground, so it
doesn't get into those components.
