[TCML] Coatings & Bi-polar coil

Two part question, what is/are the optimum coating/['s] for a secondary?
What would be the optimum distance from the outer-most coil on the
secondary for the toroid's for this bi-polar coil"
Secondary = 3.5" X 26" 26AWG
NST = 12KV X 30 Ma
MMC = 30KV X 10NF [I know, should be at least 36KV
Toriods = 9" X 2.750"
