So, just a curiousity. I was scoping PTs on a surplus site, and seen alot
of marine and aero generators/transformers that operate on a 400Hz
frequency. A brief googling explained the purpose of the higher frequency
for better dc rectification.
But just kind of a hypothetical...
What would the effects of hooking up a general SGTC to a higher frequency
line? Component-wise, and as a whole overall?
