A friend of mine at GVSU has a [HV VOLTAGE DIVIDER], If it would help anyone, I would be happy to get some info or spec's. on the device and pass them along.

I'm sure there's stuff out there about designing a divider to work with
the output of a Marx at megavolt levels - way above what a TC will put out.
