Hi Dave,
May be a dumb question, but did you also try changing (reversing) the
connections on the feedback and/or the primary? Just another suggestion,
which is easy to do.
This was also factor for me on my recent T-200 VTTC. I don't remember all
details, but had no output one way, and also poor output another way, until
I got it right.
