Should be well within the range of any LCR meter.
But LCR meters can misbehave on things like coils and antennas,
when the thing being tested is picking up some strong signal
such as mains hum or some radio signal. You might want to
try measuring the coil in a different location.

Inductance calculations are usually very accurate, if your
dimensions and turns count are good, the calculation is likely
to be more accurate than the meter measurement.
