Terrible..
MO capacitors are designed to filter line frequency (50-60 Hz) and have high losses at 100kHz sort of TC frequencies. They also typically have a bleeder resistor across them that's on the order of 1 Meg, so you have a loss there too.

But it's the terrible high frequency performance that makes them unsuitable.
