Not exactly, but close enough. The Medhurst formula is all about length and diameter, and does not care about number of turns, etc.

yes, although you have to be careful about what you're drawing as the equivalent circuit. If the two bifilar windings are in parallel, it's just like having a single fatter wire. But if you bring them out separately, you have a C from one wire to ground, a C from the other wire to ground, and a C between the wires.

I have no idea what the equivalent C's are in this case.

Again I may be wrong, but it also seems to me that folks have
made coils of single, bi-, and tri-filiar windings and used them more or
less interchangeably, with minimal tuning, to determine the advantages of
each, but I might be remembering incorrectly.

That's what I think too..
No real tuning change.
