It does not seem like power is getting to the bridge. The controller has to be working as it was tested out of the shop I bought it from and it does activate the ohm meter when I place the leads across the collector and emitter of the igbt. The controller is given 24 volts. The capacitors are all checked and in series with the circuit. Everything is working but there is no current flow across the Igbt. I tried probing the current transformer leads attached to a burden resistor but the scope picked up nothing. I double checked my windings on the gate drive transformer and the connections are all correct.
