One way to make the rotor would be to use a disk of solid aluminum
plate with an insulating hub. Drill to fit holes for each stud which
can be held in place with setscrew in edge of disk. Plenty of cooling
due to air flow over plate.

I thinking of its ability to cut with a hacksaw or ordinary cutting
