Terry Fritz created a very accurate PSpice model for a 15/60 NST. I worked out a model to simulate a first-order static spark gap, at least as far as breakdown voltage and a static on-resistance. I have a web page showing the whole TC picture here: http://www.laushaus.com/tesla/gapsim.htm and there is a link to download my MIcroSim PSpice model of the complete coil. I had an old version of MicroSim PSpice and I've not been able to get it to work since upgrading (?) to Windows 10. If your free package works under W10, please share a link to the installation package? Hmm, just noticed that my model does not include a secondary coil. Changing the primary coil to another transformer is straightforward enough - we know the inductances and coupling factor, but modeling the streamer load is a very big and complex deal. I remember Terry had a simple static model of a streamer and it was thoroughly discussed in the archives under the subject "streamer modeling" or something like that, probably in the late 90's.
