I'll see what I can do next week when I return home. The film insulation (varnish) is a polythermaleze of .002" that is rated at 200 deg. C. The total build would be .004". The daglass is Dacron & glass insulation of .003" over the film that increases the insulation another .006" for a total of .010" increase of the bare wire. This increases the temperature, diaelectric, and mechanical properties. The square shaped magnet wire decreases the amount of air space in a coil and allows more turns and/or more copper than a round shaped wire.
