For asynchronous operation a median of 450 - 480 bps is recommended, so I
have read, but ARSG are mostly used with MOTs and pole trannies.
As others have pointed out you really want to use a SRSG with your NSTs.
120 bps with a Frau phase adjuster is the way to go and its what I
have used personally.
I have a few synchronous motors on my shelf, they are very hard to find but
Im thinking selling them off if you are interested in one.
