I concur with JJ. These are instrument duty transformers and are necessarily massively over designed for complete voltage stability to measure a precise fraction of a primary power distribution voltage. This allows reasonably accurate measurement of thousands of volts with only a 120 volt potential at the metering device. As can be seen, the drawback is the usual cost vs. the volt-amp rating, even though they can be pushed beyond their nameplate rating by several times for the short duty cycles of Tesla coil application. A 10 or 15 kVa pole distribution transformer (aka -pole pig) in the same voltage range would probably prove more economical, if you can arrange reasonable freight shipment, as these typically weigh in the 200-300 lb. range. Finding one locally would basically eliminate the cost of shipment. I doubt those are current limited. They probably are grossly underrated for continuous duty @ 750va.
