Oh yeah. that's fine.  series the 120V primaries to feed from 240V.

Note that they have to be the same size NST or the voltages won't divide evenly. If you have a 15 mA transformer and a 30 mA transformer, and you series the primaries, there's a good chance the 15mA transformer will have more voltage on the primary than the 30mA one.
