i'd say rectify the output of the flybacks. Flyback transformers are similar to ignition coils in form and function , I have worked with the latter in my designs and in my honest opinion they produce too little current / take too much time to charge anything other than the smallest capacitors (e.g high picofarads) unless the output is rectified.
