Weellllll ultra-proprietary might be a good term to use. 
Some of the waveforms it can produce are classified though, along with its full capabilities I would imagine. 

Let me tell you, this thing is a heck of a lot of fun to crawl around inside =) 
We have other cool things, like lightning simulator marx's which reside permanently built into large semi-trailers, etc. 
Its basically nerdvana for HV enthusiasts, with the added bonus of expensive warplanes everywhere... lol.
