Makes me wonder if one could not make a home made super cap out of a lead 
acid battery . Just dump out the acid and fill with antifreeze.

Recently added polyethylene glycol to salt water in my beer bottle
caps..the chemical had a dielectric constant of 34. It has increased the
capatinence of my bank..
