That's interesting to know. We should have investigated it more. Especially since one of our techs was working inside the tank of this big Marx, and we went to get him for lunch. We never found him. We finally figured that the green slime got him. He was a good tech, too. ---Carl -----Original Message----- From: AusTesla Sent: Monday, November 25, 2013 10:57 PM To: 'Tesla Coil Mailing List' Subject: Re: [TCML] Unusual dielectric media The green slime in those CuSO4 water resistors is a simple mixture of copper hydroxide and copper basic carbonate. Not very conducive to life. It is in fact a very similar mechanism which makes copper salts deadly to plant and tree roots. Are we creating life? Many Cu compounds are greenish. Unless DNA, or whatever, tests indicate biology: simplest indication is chemistry.... best dwp _______________________________________________ Tesla mailing list Tesla@xxxxxxxxxx http://www.pupman.com/mailman/listinfo/tesla _______________________________________________ Tesla mailing list Tesla@xxxxxxxxxx http://www.pupman.com/mailman/listinfo/tesla _______________________________________________ Tesla mailing list Tesla@xxxxxxxxxx http://www.pupman.com/mailman/listinfo/tesla
