Hi Dave, The disc is machined except for drilling holes for the four electrodes. I forget the proper name for the material, but it is a cloth/resin board that smells really bad when machined. Thanks for your advice. I don't mind machining a larger diameter disc if this would improve the performance. I'll be back in the office on Monday. Thanks again.
