[TCML] SSTC sources

Where would one find sources for assembled (and tested) SSTC electronics (i.e. the high power IGBT, etc.) for coils in the 1-10kW range. Not the coils themselves, or the 400-600V DC Power supply.. 

But the high power driver and related electronics


Dan's Eastern Voltage Research is one..
what are others? (if any)

Googling "SSTC assembled" or "DRSSTC assembled" doesn't turn up much useful.

And there's umpty zillion sites talking about DRSSTCs and SSTCs in general.
