Antonio,Not sure about the TCML archives.. but the 4 HV Wiki has entries for DRSSTC http://wiki.4hv.org/index.php/Dual_Resonant_Solid_State_Tesla_Coil with references to the major creators.
The OLTC (Terry Fritz) came first, I'm sure a search for OLTC in the TCML archives will produce some results.
From memory, not much regarding the initial development of the DRSSTC was mentioned here, it was mostly in a thread on 4HV between Jimmy Hynes, Steve Ward, Dan Mcauley, Steve Connor (and many others)

Hello:I was looking at the list archives at www.pupman.com trying to locate the first reference to the "drsstc" and other variations of the Tesla coil using solid-state drivers, that probably appeared between 2001 and 2003. But I could find only scattered posts, apparently from incomplete threads. For example, this post is apparently not there (the title is a bit exaggeraged...): http://www.capturedlightning.org/hot-streamer/temp/Probably-The-Most-Important-TCML-Post-Ever.pdfAre the archives complete?
