The OLTC (Terry Fritz) came first, I'm sure a search for OLTC in
the TCML archives will produce some results.
From memory, not much regarding the initial development of the
DRSSTC was mentioned here, it was mostly in a thread on 4HV between
Jimmy Hynes, Steve Ward, Dan Mcauley, Steve Connor (and many others)
