I got the higher contrast color scheme working. If you look at the footer
of most pages you'll see a "Color Prefs" link at the bottom. Click that
link and you go to a choose your scheme page. It's not terribly
sophistimicated but will get the job done.
Let me know if you find pages that don't work properly.
