Will not need much air movement, besides, low frequency AC sparks are not going to be a huge O3 source as compared to a HF arc. I would be more concerned with vaporized metal from the arc strike points and breathing that. I am sure they will have thought about some form of ventilation to keep the person cool and as comfortable as well as to move any toxic gases.

One TC I have had a galvanized discharge point and I could smell the zinc and metal every time I ran the coil and changed the point out for a SS one.

As a side comment, I would be concerned with the EM field and the body's nervous system. I have and can synch'ed my heart rate with a strong pulsing magnetic field. The person may have more physiological concerns being exposed that long.

That's solvable with good ventilation..
