Re: [TCML] maxwell Capacitor

How can I get a copy of Jim's High Voltage Book? It looks excellent from this short excerpt. Thanks---

Carl

Jay,

the sparse information on this Maxwell site:

http://www.ga-esi.com/EP/capacitors/series-de-High-Voltage-Pulse-Discharge-Capacitors.php

should be sufficient to evaluate cap-live in a TC, i.e. by using a little
Excel "

Jim's HV book is a real source of best information for the hobbyist HV
experimenter! I'm using it frequently for advice. Copying from the
following

link: http://home.earthlink.net/~jimlux/hv/caplife.htm

I've created a little Excel 2010 file, which I can send you in an
attachment,
to an offlist mail. It's just "dynamizing" the input for some TC cap, to be
evaluated, i.e. a GA/Maxwell. This has made live easier, in evaluating a
well suited GA/Maxwell for Teslacoil application.

Hello All,
Does any one have information on the Maxwell 31662?
Specifically how it might fair in coil use?
I cant locate a data sheet, just the spars information on the maxwell site.

Thanks,
