[TCML] Griffith Park Coil

Starting a new thread here to respond to another poster's question..

Can anyone tell me how many turns of wire were used on the Griffith Park 
Observatory conical  coil ?                           Thank You , DaveB

47 inches high, bottom diameter 36 inches, top diameter 18 inches, 400 
turns of AWG 14.

(which is actually a fairly low number of turns..)
