[TCML] about HTML emails to the list

As you probably read in your monthly notice, emails to this list have 
their HTML stripped..

As a convenience to your moderator, too, who gets to see it in *raw* 
HTML (not rendered, before stripping), it's hard to figure out what your 
email is about when it's surrounded by many lines of font and color 
template stuff.

If you're cutting and pasting from something else, paste it without 
formatting, and life is much easier.


I know it's hard sometimes.. and not all clients are good about 
threading and format translation (and they change in capricious and 
arbitrary ways).
