[TCML] (2) 833C First Light

Thanks to TCML members advice, and the resources they make available
my (2) 833C VTTC has achieved first light. Initial low power tests
yielded breakout @ ~850 v and 12" swords @ 1.3 Kv . Subsequent low
power testing resulted in a grid coil failure zzzzzzt, some design
modifications are in order, but that's part of the fun.
