    It depends.  8)>>
    IF the load is balanced, same on each phase, I'd expect
    the meter to read ZERO.

    OR
    If the currents are 'known' to be balanced:
      ONE transformer/meter
    and multiply by three.
    OR
    three transfromers, one meter AND A SWITCH.
